The Benson School of Motoring was established in 1993. Prior to this, John Benson worked for The British School of Motoring, first as an instructor, then 5 years as a dedicated staff instructor before being promoted to manager at the Bishops Stortford branch office.
John was graded four times consecutively as grade six by the Driving Standards Agency and recognised officially as both 'Excellent' and 'Very Good'. He has also passed the Institute of Advanced Motorists driving tests for both car and motorcycle, the RoSPA advanced test (Gold Grade) and the advanced driving test held by senior examiners at the Examiners Training Centre in Cardington, Bedfordshire. |
